ORDER INFORMATION.

You will be notified with the confirmation email along with the shipment details.

You will receive a confirmation email once the order is placed successfully.

Returns/ refunds are applicable only if the product is received in a damaged condition. A mail stating the same must be sent to sales@terrabrush.in within 24hrs of delivery of the product in order to avail returns or refunds.

Choose the products, Buy now/ Add to cart → Proceed to Checkout → Enter your contact details and shipping address → Continue to payment page and select the payment mode → Complete the order.

PAYMENT INFORMATION.

In such situations, if any amount is debited from your account it will be automatically refunded within 24hrs to 48hrs. If not do drop a mail to sales@terrabrush.in

This might happen due to technical errors. In such cases drop a mail with a screenshot of the payment confirmation to sales@terrabrush.in so that it can be sorted out at the earliest.

No, there are no hidden charges. All listed prices are inclusive of all taxes.

If you wish to change or cancel your order please email us at sales@terrabrush.in providing us with your order number. Once your order has been dispatched we will no longer be able to accept order changes or cancellations.

SHIPPING & TRACKING.

As of now we do not accept international orders, we ship within India.

Your order will be shipped within 24hrs to 48hrs from the time we receive your order, and it will be delivered through one of our reputed courier partners.

We impose standard shipping charge of ₹60 on all orders unless there is any offer applicable.

Once the order is dispatched the standard delivery period is 7 to 10 days.
